1999 Pontiac grand am, 85,000 miles. I drove the car to work with no problems and when I tried to leave for the day I inserted my key and the key will not turn. We have tried our spare key and it also will not turn. We have tried moving the steering wheel back and forth but still cannot get the key to turn. We have not had this problem before and have not had any problems with the car recently. Any idea what may be causing this or what we can do about it? Thank you!
