Pontiac Grand Am Repair Question

Heater fan does not work
:x The heater fan in my daughters 2001 Pontiac Grand Am quit working. I took the fan out and hooked to battery and the fan worked, The fuse is also okay. I replace the heater control switches and the fan still does not work. What should I replace or check next
