Grand Am Repair Costs

2004 Pontiac Grand Am, 4 cyl, auto trans, 85000 miles. How much should I expect to spend to have a fuel pump and fuel filter replaced? The local GMC dealer is doing the work.

I think shop time is 86.oo hr 2.5 hours plus fuel pump 400$ and 12$ for the filter 600 dollarsa would be the normal thing

Sounds Right $600-$700. Be Sure they Perform The Bg Fuel Injector Service as well that will prolong the life of the Fuel Pump as well as make the car Run Like new! Most Ac Delco Fuel Pumps come with a life time warranty be sure to check out the warranty...
