Some time it acts like it dont wont to start you turn the key off and back on then it well start up

If it was me I'll approach this problem by checking the actual fuel pressure.

Possible concerned areas the computer/fuel pump relay/fuel pressure regulator and pump itself. And if the system is tied in with the oil pressure sending unit check that too. A
Also could be a voltage problem with the circuit. If the fuel system checks out -we'll go to ignition.

In you PM about clicking- test the fuel pump relay
