1996 Pontiac Grand Am, 123,000, 4cyl

My instrument panel warning lights (check oil, seat belt, door ajar, temp., oil, voltage etc.) are constantly on. The speedometer and tach are not working as well. All other electrical components are working. The car runs fine. I have checked the driver's side fuse panel and the engine compartment fuse box next to the battery and there are no blown fuses.
