1994 Pontiac Grand Am OIL look milky

I just bought a grand am and it's been sitting for about 5yrs. The engine runs loud haven't changed the oil yet nor the spark plugs;will this eliminate the problem or is it more to it than oil and spark plug problems.

Could be due to condensation try changing the oil and filter if it continues its possible a blown headgasket, cracked head or block and intake manifold leak-try block and presssure tests.
