01 Grand am Groaning at low speeds not wheel bearings

I have a 2001 pontiac grand am with 107k miles on it. I'm having a problem with front end noise. While I'm driving I here a deep groaning noise just like the one you hear when your wheel bearing is bad. I can't really hear it while im going fast. Basically the slower I go the louder the noise is. I have replace the brake pads and both wheel bearing and yet the noise is still there. Please Please Please help. I have been dealing with this for over six months and it just keeps getting worse. Any help is appriciated. Thanks
