2006 Pontiac G6 seat belts

I have a 2006 Pontiac G6 that was in an accident. The drivers A/B was deployed and both front front seatbelts were locked. After reomving the belts I was able to unlock the belts by tapping on them lightly. How do I know if the pretentioners went off and if I should replace the belts.

If the air bags went off, then the pretentioners went off.
The pretentioners go off first before the air bags to hold you back in the seat for when the air bags go off.

You should replace the seat belts after every accident.
