Hi adobepeak1, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

Swap the fuel pump relay with a relay similar to it and turn key on-do you hear the fuel pump if not -jumper the tan and white wire to the orange wire on the fuel pump relay connector socket-turn key on -do you hear it-if not the problem could be the relay ground, fuel pump control and battery circuit of the computer or the fuel pump ground circuit-

Is there a test that can be run on the computer as I have already run the tests you mentioned. Is there some kind of a collision reset button as several people have mentioned a reset button but I can not find one. Thanks

There's no reset switch-what you're talking about is the fuel pump and oil pump sending unit it shuts of the fuel pump in the event of an accident when the engine actually shuts off.

How it works when the fuel pump relay de-energizes after 2 secs and the engine fires up the FPOPSU powers the fuel pump at all times
