When my car is runnig at idle, I have a popping noise coming from my exhaust. It soulds like my car is back firing. I checked my valves and the seem good, my spark plug and wires are good. My rocker arms aren't too tight. What else should I check

check your rocker arms to see if they are all moving at the same rate while idling. You may have either a bent pushrod or a bad camshaft, causing the valve to not open giving you the popping sound. The pushrod also could have gone through the rocker arm.
