I have a 1990 pontiac 6000 LE 2.5L the cigar lighter is inop with no voltage to the lighter i was wondering were there is a fuse or fuseible link for it all the fuse in the glove box fuse block are good is there a under hood fuse block that im not seeing or what could the problem be
