Tensioner assembly for a 3.3 ltr

I have a 1993 Plymouth Voyager with a 3.3 lit engine. The tensioner assembly came apart I have almost all the tensioner out but the final pipeice does not want to come out. What can I do? I cannot feel any more bolts. Does it have to be pried off? Please help!!! I am at a loss, and don't know where else to turn. Thanks for any help you can give. I noticed the bolt that goes through the spring canister and into the plate that is mounted to the motor is broken off. does it go into the motor?
