Engine dies after about an hour on highway

1996 Voyager Van with a 2.4 liter engine, 239000Kms. It runs fine untill about 1 hour of highway driving and then it dies as though it ran out of gas. It will not restart until it has cooled down. The engine doeswn't overheat. I checked for codes and replaced the PCM as per the codes this cleared up those problems . It was given a tune up, Crank Sensor(it died once and would not start untill we changed it), verified fuel pressure and evap. The Gas cap was changed also. Could it be the Catalytic Converter? Any other suggestions?

Thanks
