Cranks but won't start

I have a 91 Plymouth Grand Voyager, 220000 mi. 3.3 Ltr. V-6 Fuel injected. Recently it has been having an issue of not starting every once in a while (1-2 weekly). It just cranks and sounds like no fuel or no spark. Sometimes it takes about an hour wait time and then it just starts up.

Does this sound like it is indicative of timing chain? fuel pump/filter? spark problem? or something other that starts to happen at higher miles?

Thank you
