Hope you guys can help. I have a 98 voyager 3.0L 148,000 mi. The ac seems to barely blow and the radiator fans do not operate. I ran power to fans and they ran fine. She will overheat when not on highway. I checked related fuses and relays, all seem fine. Where would the rad fans and ac tie together? Thanks in advance for your help!
