1997 Plymouth Voyager Repair Question

97 Plymouth Grand Voyager - No power from cigarett lighter
I am getting no power from my cigarett outlets. I took the van to Autozone and they checked my fuses and relays and said nothing was wrong with them. What do I do now?

sounds like the plug came undone from the back
