I have a '90 Plymouth Gran Voyager (nearly 200,000 miles and 3.3 L engine ) that has a braking problem. The right rear brake grabs really hard and the left rear brake doesn't grab at all. I am guessing it is the proportioning valve, but my Haynes book doesn't mention anything at all about there even being a Proportioning valve. Any help would be great.
