Air Conditioning problem
2000 Plymouth Voyager 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I was told that I might need my AC recharged because it's no longer getting cool. It suddenly stopped cooling. It gets a little cool but you can only feel it if you put your hands in front of it.

Either it needs more feron or theres a little box, next the blow motor(behind the glove compartment). It moves the doors open and close to let heat or air-conditioning in. If you are able to tinker with things. Take out the glove box and switch the air on and off to see if the lever is moving or to hear it move. If its low on feron, lift open your hood, locate the airconditioner pump. DO NOT TOUCH WHEN ITS RUNNING>>Have your air on, the side where the belt is, is the clutch for the pump. If the pump keep going  on and off. Or not doing nothing at all its low or out of feron. You can pick up a can of feron at a local auto parts store, read the directions on the can.
