Misfire on #3 cylinder
Engine Performance problem
1997 Plymouth Voyager 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 213800 miles
I have changed the plugs, wires, ignition coil, and when changing the plugs the #3 had previously been stripped and there had been a sleeve put in to take the plug. I think the sleve is too long and is interfeering with the firing. Is that possible? All the gaps are correct.

A misfire in a specific cylinder should lead you to check the spark plug, fuel injector and compression.
Sounds like the sleeve is causing the misfire
