I have an 96 voyager van and My wiper quit working. I have replaced the multi switch, Relays, fuses, and the wiper motor. Still Nothing! After reading some of these forums I have gather it may be the body control module. Where is this located. Also it may be the junction box? Where is that? Any idea's? I am desperate.

The wiper is not controlled by the BCM, only the delay feature! This means it must be a fuse or wiring problem, you replaced everything else! Remove the connector at the motor, turn wiper on and test for power, if no power, check fuses, wires, if it has power, you may have got a defective motor. In the power distribution box under the hood, there are two relays for the wipers...a high low and wiper on...check these!

B and C are the wiper relays, C is the wiper on...
