1994 Plymouth Sundance car will not turn over

1994 Plymouth Sundance 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
i took off my dash board so i can replace my heater core i put the dash board back on and now my car wont start, my radio wont turn on and my brake lights wont turn off. what do i have to do to fix this problem
