Over heats / white smoke coming out of exhaust

Over heats, cool air coming from heater vents. Water/antifreeze flowing into overflow tank. Replaced thermostate, and radiator cap. Runs good but now white smoke is coming from exhaust along with liquids. No water or antifreeze in oil.
