I own a 1998 Plymouth Breeze. I have noticed lately that when I am traveling to and from work, that the cars tends to bounce in the rear at low speeds b/t 20-35. When I reach speeds over that the problem goes away. Is this fast bouncing due to bad struts/shocks? The car has the original struts/shocks.
