Models manual door lock not working
2001 Other Plymouth Models Four Wheel Drive Automatic 104,00 miles
I own a 2001 Plymouth Neon. The driver's side door lock is not working from the outside. When I insert my key to unlock the door, the key just keeps turning. From the inside of the car I can lock and unlock, I can also open it from the inside as well. If the door is unlocked I can open it from the outside too. So basically the problem is the outside lock. Please help.
