1996 Other Plymouth Models 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 121000 miles
I have a 1996 Neon and the service engine light has been coming on no matter what I do. I changed the computer,spark plugs,battery wires, and coils but the light is still on. Also when I go 35 or below the car makes a whurring sound almost like a helicopter. Any idea what might be wrong?
