1993 Plymouth Other Repair Question

1993 Other Plymouth Models
Car been sitting for a long time. Put gas in it and a new battery. Still will not crank. Put some gas in the carburater, it tried to crank but still will not turn over. I am thinking not enough gas to the carberator.
