Engine Cooling problem
1997 Plymouth Neon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I had replaced a fan relay switch and tghe fans still do not wok. it is a duel fan assembly and both free spin when i move them. I s there another way to find the problem with the fans, like another sensor in the wiring route
