1988 Plymouth Caravelle Valve seal

1988 Plymouth Caravelle 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
Could you please tell me how to remove the rocker arm without removing the whole cam.I need to replace only 1 valve seal.I know I should do them all but I am only doing 1 for now.

Nope T belt off cam out only way to access valve springs
