Horn and cigarette lighter

The horn and cigarette lighter on my 1999 Breeze, 3.3L, both stopped working at the same time. The fuses in the engine compartment are all OK. Are the horn and lighter circuits connected to each other?

Left front corner of the engine compartment you will find a fuse box, in that fuse box you will check fuse #8 which is a 20 amp fuse. That fuse does indeed handle the horn relay, cigar lighter and your power amplifier.
