Interior problem
2002 Peugeot 206 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Hi i hope you may be able to help me out please.

I have damaged the small cover panel that fits over the passenger side air vent and airbag. Would i be able to get the cover off and either go to the scrap merchants or buy from somewhere else and replace it myself??
Or as it is covering the airbag would i have to take it into a specialists for them to do it?
What would the costs be either to replace it myself or to have someone else do it??
