1999 Peugeot 206 bec unit problem?

1999 Peugeot 206 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 140000 miles
my peugeot 206 (s reg) had a yellow wire running from the hazard light cluster down towards the floor of the car, whilst changing a cd player i accidently removed itand now the speedo wont reset the clock has no memory and the courtesy light doesnt work un less the ignition is on can you help me please?

start by replacing the wire !
