1991 Peugeot 106 remote locking key

1991 Peugeot 106 Manual
Got the car with a remote locking key. The button broke and now the driver side door doesn't open all the doors,(won't open the driver side door using the key in the hole) so now have to open passenger side door with key in the key hole then open the driver side door from the inside. The key make is Valeo and peugeot said they can't do anything. Any help? Any suggestions what to do and where to go?

you need to replace the locks and keys
