I have a 2005 Mazda 3, and about 4 or so days ago, the passenger doors (all 3) won't unlock with either the key fob after being pushed twice, or with the button on the inside of the vehicle that is supposed to unlock them. On the outside or even once on the inside, and all doors are locked, I push either button, and the driver door unlocks with a heavy click. Once I push it again, it makes a soft, weaker clicking noise (which is what has changed as it used to make the same heavier unlock click) but does not unlock the other doors.

If I manually unlock them, the lock portion still works on all doors.

However, as I was driving on the highway, I happened to try it again just to test it again, and it unlocked the doors, however when I tried it again once parked, it didn't.

Any help would be great.

It sounds like you have a electrical issue especially because it worked once when driving and then not again. You could have a broken wire(or almost broken) in the wiring harness between the door and body of your vehicle on the driver door. Try opening the driver door completely and grab the wiring harness between the driver door and body (usually covered in a accordion style rubber boot) and wiggle it while pressing the lock/unlock button and see if the other door locks function. If it does then you probably have a broken wire in there.
If you have experience with a multimeter and mechanically inclined we can go further.
Thanks for the question.
