P042F EGR Control Stuck Closed

I have poor pick up and car doesn't go more that 80 kmph at 5th gear, humps and slopes it is struggling to move, checked with Ford, egr valve needs to be change, I got the following fault codes when I checked externally, P0101 MAF Circuit Range Performance Problem, P0113 IAT Sensor Circuit High Input, P0046 Turbo/ Super Charger Boost Control Solenoid Circuit Range Performance.

Please help me to resolve this and please mention the cost for the repair.

If the turbo boost control solenoid is faulty you will not be developing enough boost, and the car will be very sluggish and under powered. I would suggest to get the turbo checked out by a qualified tech as these are a specialist area to work on.
