1995 Opel Astra Manual

I need help. Our opel cuts out when we are driving. The lights on the dashboard goes on so it can't be the battery. We did take it to the opel agents they can't help us as well.

Sometimes it starts again, otherwise we must wait a while. Like I said it just cuts out, the lights comes on at the dashboard.
