On a 2007 Chevy Corvette what draws power from the RDO/S-BAND/VICS fuse besides the radio?

I have a 2007 Chevy Corvette Z51 3LT that has a parastatic battery drain.
Car was fine with no recent work done on it and then just started drawing
power all of the time and running the battery down. Using my mutimeter and
with the car asleep I show 0.26 amps draw. By pulling fuses I found the
source to be the RDO/S-BAND/VICS fuse. Once the fuse is pulled the amp
draw drops to 0.01 to 0.02 which looks normal. I then unplugged and
removed the radio to see if it was the source of the draw and it was not
(unplugged from factory harness and taken out of the car). There is no
change in the amp draw even with the radio unplugged and out of the car.
What else is on this fuse that I can trouble shoot to find my battery drain?
Thank you in advance for any help. I have my car torn apart and I am
frustrated!

That is the satellite radio circuit which powers the antennas in both outside mirrors. AS well as radio. Check ground on right frame rail below battery.
