Engine Cooling problem
2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette 6 cyl Automatic 95000 miles
Just bought a used 2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette. Within driving less than 60 minutes, red light comes on, temp is up to HOT, and smoke is rolling out, also no heat coming out of vents. Husband changed the thermostat. Drove great another 60 miles. same night, same thing happens. Bought "as is" from dealer. Bought for $5000. Really scared I have a huge expensive problem. Any ideas?
