94 Olds 88 Intermittent Starting Problem

I have a 94 Olds 88. Usually it starts fine, then I will turn it off for 20-30 minutes to go shopping. I get back and the car will not start. I try for 5-10 minutes and all of a sudden it starts up like there was no problem. It has also died 3 or 4 times while I am driving. I have replecd the spark plugs, wires, ignition coils. My repeir shop tried finding the problem for 2 hours but found nothing. Any ideas on what to do next. I haven't been stranded yet, but I think it's inevitable.

with my experience with Oldsmobubbles, I have found on numerous occasions, that my starting problems have all came from the coil packs over heating, or being weak, or have taken on moisture.... go figure. Hope this helps.
