2001 Other Oldsmobile Models 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 133000 miles

my 01 intrigue has a short vibriation when you first start moving from a dead stop, or if you change gears. This problem has been to 3 different dealers while under warranty and they could not find a problem. I recently spun the tires and got the same exact vibration sound. Is it possible that I have a problem(s) with the valving of the traction control system? I'm compentent on cars, but I know little about traction control.
