1994 Other Oldsmobile Models 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Within the last year I have had a problem with my car. Recently it has gotten worse. Sometimes my car will not start, on these occasions my interior lights will not come on when I open the door, my windows will not roll down, they are electric, and my fuel pump will not work. My dash lights, radio, air, and headlights all work. When I try to start my car it will turn over, but will die quickly after starting. I have to wait anywhere from a few minutes, to hours before my dome lights will turn on and I can start my car. I have had a problem with a leaking windshield in the past, but it only dripped on my seats and floor, never on my actual dashboard or steering wheel. Lastnight I could only get it started by manually turning on my interior lights, and keeping my door open. If I turned of the interior lights, it would die, and if I shut my door, even with the lights on, it would die. Please help! We have come up with every possible solution, and still do not know what it could be. Thanks so much.
