1990 Other Oldsmobile Models what is code 12 and how do i fi

I have a 1990 olds delta 88 that flashes code 12. I have replaced coil pack and plug wires and car still runs rough and stalls. Any help appreciated

if I am not mistaken, a code 12 only means battery recently disconnected. do you have an engine light on?
