my name is Doug i have a right turn signal out. i replaced the bulb still,some friend of mine said i would have to pull the whole dash out:please god no: please tellme what eles i can try.3

I see your area code is 717. You are east of me. Regardless, do either of the lights turn on? Have you tried replacing the flasher?
