I have a 1988 Delta 88...ran perfect then one day it just started sputtering, choking and cutting off. Replaced plugs, fuel filter, and coil pack. Still no help. It cuts off while driving and runs like crap. Fuel pump is pumping, its like the car is off, like something is not firing right or the gas flow is off

Check your vacuum line hoses. Sometimes they crack or just deteriorate. THis will cause a rough idle and stallling

I am experiancing somewhat the same thing except my car stalled and now it will not turn over. I got 3 codes by inserting a paper clip in the fuse box and turning my car key just enough to let the battery juice up the car and got 3 codes 18,39,43. I replaced the coilpack as well and still no fireing is takeing place. I know that my IAC valve needs to be replaced and I am thinking the39,43 could be the sensor that tells the computer when to fire to start the car. Try to get someone to figure out the codes to make shure it is not the car computer. If your computer is bad the car will not give you any codes.
