the car is pretty much all power inside, when i start the car most of the time the air and cruise control and the dimmer and compass in the rearview mirror, and the heated seats dont turn on.sometimes after driving for a little while they kick on then work normally, sometimes they dont turn on or sometimes they are working when the car starts then turn off.the engine and other instruments are not effected.is there any common fuse or relay that all those share?any ideas?the battery seems fine also

A bad fuse wouldn't work at all. Therefore, you can check the relay block under the hood, but I know there isn't "one" they all share. If I had to guess, I would say have the ignition switch checked.
