1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles
My heater doesn't work. Before it was worked but when I turn up the speed fan control it stoped.

If your blower isn't coming on, then you should first check the fuse. If that's O.K., then more than likely the blower motor is shot.
You'll have to replace it.
