1990 Oldsmobile Delta 88 engine skipping while idleing

I have a 1990 Delta 88 Oldsmobile.It has 76,000 miles.It is a 3800 engine.It skips and misses when idleing.It has cut off while running.It has gas in the oil.I parked it.I put new plugs ,wires changed oil and filters.Used a paperclip to get code.It showed code 22.What does code 22 mean?I could not find any shop or dealer that has a computer to scan a 1990.Can you help? Thank You
