1989 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Won't Start

1989 Oldsmobile Delta 88 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
I have replaced the timing chain and sprockets on this vechicle, put it all back together and it won't crank. Took it apart and made sure that the timing marks were correct on both the timing cogs as well as the balance shaft. Reassembled and still won't start. What am I missing?
