1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

engine will not turn over with starter. so far we have had the starter removed and checked out ok along with solenoid; battery is fully charged; we removed spark plugs and made sure that engine is free; oil is good; all fuses checked in all three fuse blocks, horn fuse missing; turned all lights and turned ignition switch to start lights did not dim; all interior lights and radio works. HELP PLEASE

Did you try cranking in neutral? The purple wire at starter solenoid S terminal should be hot, with key in the crank position. If it isn't hot, backtrack the circuit. Possibilities, ignition switch-- neutral switch-- wiring circuits to and from the above listed parts. Our database showed about four different cutlass, I looked at wiring for ciera S.
