1995 Oldsmobile Ciera Repair Question

1995 Oldsmobile Ciera will not start or run
Electrical problem
1995 Oldsmobile Ciera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 248000 miles
My 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlas Ciera with a V6 quit running while driving. I towed it home and jumped across the starter to see if the battery was low. It was fine.I have checked the fuse panel and was not able to see any fault. I have no starter/run capabilities, no dash information center, no radio, no rear window defrost, no wipers and no turn signals. I do have 4/way flashers, power windows, power door locks, heater fan, headlights, power seat and interior lights. Is ther a fuseable link or connection that might cause such irregular symptoms?
