Electrical problem
1995 Oldsmobile Ciera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

While driving my car it quit running. I jumped across the starter to make sure the battery was OK. There is no response with the key switch when turning to the run position or the cranking position. There also is no radio, no rear window defrost, no wipers or turn signals. I do however have 4 way flashers, power windows, power locks, heater fan, headlights, power seat and interior lights. Is there a fuseable link or connector prone to give irregular symptoms as this?
